We serve procurement managers and project engineers across Canada from five branches, supplying the energy, mining, infrastructure, marine, forestry, and chemical processing sectors. - [Knowledge Center](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/learn/) - [Home](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/) ## Products - [Valves](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/valves/): Unified Alloys supplies industrial valves in stainless steel and corrosion-resistant alloys for process piping, water and wastewater, mining, refining, food processing, and general industrial service. Our valve program is built around five manufacturer partners, each chosen for what they do best — from deep stainless catalogue depth to knife gate specialisation to AWWA water service. MTRs traceable to the heat number can be supplied where required, and CRN-registered valves are stocked or available on order for pressure systems in Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and other CRN provinces. - [Pipe Supports, Hangers & Fasteners](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/pipe-supports-hangers-fasteners/): Unified Alloys supplies pipe supports, hangers, and fasteners across four product areas — industrial spring supports and dynamic restraints for process piping, commercial clamps and hangers for HVAC and plumbing service, strut cushion clamps for multi-line vibration and noise control, and stainless steel fasteners across the ANSI standard range. The product mix runs from engineered MSS SP-58 standard supports through to standard hex cap screws, with stainless 304 and 316 as the default material across most lines. - [Pipe Fittings](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/pipe-fittings/): *-Not all classes, grades available are listed or have a full inventory managed - [Seamless & Welded Pipe](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/pipe/): *-Not all grades available are listed or have a full inventory managed - [Ornamental Tube Products](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/ornamental-tube-products/): Size Range | Rounds - Squares - Rectangles - [Mechanical Piping Systems](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/mechanical-piping-systems/): Unified Alloys stocks mechanical pipe joining systems from Victaulic and Teekay. Both eliminate the need for welding, flanging, or threading — useful in retrofit work, hazardous environments, and any situation where on-site fabrication is impractical. - [Instrumentation Valves & Fittings](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/instrumentation-valves-fittings/): Unified Alloys supplies instrumentation valves and fittings for process control, analyzer, sample, and impulse line applications across Canada. The range covers compression tube fittings in both double-ferrule and single-ferrule designs, needle and metering valves, check and relief valves, block-and-bleed manifolds, filters, and sample cylinders — sized for instrument service from 1/16" through 1" tube OD. Our manufacturer partnerships are split by region: Parker Hannifin Instrument Products Division is supplied from our Alberta distribution centres, and Ham-Let Advanced Control Technology is supplied from our British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec branches. Both lines carry the certifications, traceability, and stocking depth that instrument procurement requires. For the bare and pre-insulated tubing that mates with these fittings, see Instrumentation Tubing. - [Instrumentation Tubing](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/instrumentation-tubing/): *-Not all grades available are listed or have a full inventory managed at each location - [Flanges](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/flanges/): *-Not all grades available are listed or have a full inventory managed - [Bleed Rings](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/bleed-rings/): Size Range: 1" – 24" NPS Classes | ASME / ANSI 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500Stainless Steel Grades: F304, F304L, F316, F316L, F317L, F321, F347 *Special Alloys: 2205, 6Mo, Monel, Inconel * Standards | ASTM A182 · ASME / ANSI B16.5 and B16.20*Not all grades available are listed or have a full inventory managed. The design allows for free thermal movement of a component during normal operation conditions, but restrains the component in abnormal conditions. - [Variable Spring Supports](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/pipe-supports-hangers-fasteners/pipe-hangers/variable-spring-pipe-supports/): Variable springs are one of the most important devices available to help support pipe. They are used to balance the concentrated gravitational load of vertical sections of pipe while allowing for thermal movement. Control of the direction and amount of movement of various sections of pipe is a major function of piping design. - [Constant Spring Support](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/pipe-supports-hangers-fasteners/pipe-hangers/constant-spring-support/): Constants use a spring coil (or series of coils) to accommodate pipe movement from the initial (installed) condition to the final (operating) condition of the piping system. For all constant spring supports there is no difference in load and the supported load will remain uniform throughout the deflection cycle. - [Parker A-Lok | Double Ferrule Tube Fitting](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/instrumentation-valves-fittings/parker-lok-double-ferrule-tube-fitting/): Parker’s A-LOK® two ferrule compression tube fittings are designed to provide reliable leak-free connections for instrumentation, process and control, and analyzer applications that specify a two ferrule system. Manufactured to the highest quality standards, these tube fittings are available in a broad range of sizes, corrosion resistant materials and configurations. - [Primary, secondary and vent valve applications](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/instrumentation-valves-fittings/parker-hannifin-double-block-bleed/): Parker Hannifin’s response to the demand for reduction in leakage paths has been the combination of primary and secondary valves into one compact unit. The combining of piping and instrument valves into a single unit has benefitted various markets. We now offer a range of Ultra-Low Emission products which meet class ‘A’ or class ‘B’ levels of ISO 15848 standard for Ultra-Low emissions, as required. - [Ham-Let | Advanced Control Technology](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/instrumentation-valves-fittings/ham-let-unified-alloys/): Unified Alloys proudly carries Ham-Let Advanced Control Technology products from our British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec distribution centres. - [Tube Clips](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/instrumentation-tubing/tube-clips/): MULTICLIPS Size Range 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4"Reduces Vibration, Abrasion and Shock Prevents electrical conductivity, tube/supportEasy "Clip In" InstallationOrganizes Tube and Hose RunsResists ultra-violet light SpecificationsABCDEF2.4380.250.50.250.18750.53.56250.250.6250.3750.18750.625 MULTICLIPS SpecificationsABCDEF3.000.2500.5000.2500.18750.5004.560.2500.6250.3750.18750.625 SpecificationsABCDEF4.56250.2500.5000.2500.18750.5005.6250.2500.6250.3750.18750.625 MULTICLIPS SpecificationsABCDEF5.18750.43750.8750.5000.18751.00 SpecificationsABCDEF5.1250.43751.1250.7500.18751.00 MULTICLIPS SpecificationsGalvanized Steel: Neoprene Rectangular SleeveOD =1/4”3/8”1/2”3/4”1” - [Tube & Hose Supports](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/instrumentation-tubing/tube-hose-supports/): 225 Clamps per bag - [Aluminum, Copper, Carbon Steel Tube Pressure Ratings](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/instrumentation-tubing/aluminum-copper-carbon-steel-tube-pressure-ratings/): TUBING O.D. Regular facing for 150 and 300 Lb. steel flanged fittings and flange standards is a 1/16 inch raised face included in the minimum flange thickness. A 1/16 inch raised face is also permitted on the 400, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500 Lb. flange standards, but it must be added to the minimum flange thickness. Regular facing for 400, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500 Lb. flange standards is a 1/4 inch raised face not included in minimum flange thickness dimensions. A tolerance of plus or minus 0.016 inch (1/64 inch) is allowed on the inside and outside diameters of all facings. Care should be taken in the use of joints of these dimensions, (they apply particularly on lines where the joint is made on the end of pipe) to insure that pipe used is thick enough to permit sufficient bearing surface to prevent crushing the gasket. Threaded companion flanges are furnished with plain face and are threaded with American Standard Locknut Thread. Gaskets for male-female and tongue-groove joints shall cover the bottom of the recess with minimum clearances taking into account the tolerances prescribed in Note 3. - [Corrosion Resistant Flanges Pressure -Temperature Ratings : ASME B16.5](https://www.unifiedalloys.com/products/flanges/corrosion-resistant-flanges-pressure-temperature-ratings/): This flange rating data is reprinted by permission of the American National Standards Institute from ASME B16.5.
